We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2-4 business days. Next day delivery is available at checkout. Orders exceeding £100 qualify for complimentary standard UK delivery.

For our European customers, standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days, while international deliveries are estimated to arrive within 10-14 working days. Please be aware that the shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties. These charges will be applied by customs authorities in your own country, determined by the value of your shipment.
